The ninja-te.ch robotics team has quite a few sponsors. These sponsors include Vision of Hope, Rainbow Grocery, Playing At Learning, PG&E, and the Alliance of Mission District Catholic Schools of the Archdiocese of San Francisco. Vision of Hope is a community of eight urban Catholic elementary schools in the tradition of the Dominican Sisters of Mission San Jose. Through a robust tuition assistance program, Vision of Hope is strengthening and sustaining Catholic education for the children of these schools and the communities they serve. Rainbow Grocery is a market that stocks a range of organic vegetarian grocery items, bulk good and supplements. Each year they give donations to local non-profits, social justice organizations, schools and artists. Playing At Learning is dedicated to providing technology-based, educational enrichment opportunities for K-12 youth. They accomplish this goal by advocating, sponsoring & supporting activities that expose children to science, technology, engineering and math through play-like activities. PG&E wants to help develop our next generation of STEM leaders by providing grants to students participating in robotics competitions. They believe in FIRST's mission to inspire and celebrate science and technology in a team-based context and is dedicated to providing access to STEM education opportunities for diverse and undeserved communities. The Alliance of Mission District Catholic Schools of the Archdiocese of San Francisco continues the over 150–year history of providing quality Catholic education for the children of the Mission District by covering the cost of tuition for a Mission District Catholic school student.
